About us
We are Ashley and Kate, the duo behind 'WE MEAT AGAIN.'
With years of experience in hospitality—Ashley as a chef and Kate in front-of-house—and a shared passion for food, we always talked about starting our own venture. But it was often delayed.
When the Covid-19 pandemic hit in early 2020, we saw it as a chance to make our dream a reality. We used that time to perfect recipes, create our menu, and finally purchase our mobile van.

We believe in doing things the right way. At WE MEAT AGAIN, we use only the best ingredients:

Local and Quality: Local reared and cured bacon, British chicken breasts, and 100% British, fresh, aged beef.

Made to order: Everything is made fresh to order, we never pre-cook or hot hold.

Dietary Flexibility: We cater to all dietary requirements, with a wide range of gluten-free and coeliac-friendly options, as well as extensive vegan and vegetarian choices.
